Together, we can give you the care you deserve in Your Day.

We love sunflowers! We love how they wake up and face the sun, a new day, endless opportunities.

We also know that this may not be the same for everyone. Mental health, pain and physical disabilities can all be barriers to getting things done, or just getting out and enjoying Your Day.

Our Story

Hello, we are Carol and Michelle, Support Providers and Directors of Your Day Support Services. Our number one reason in starting our business is because we are passionate in helping people get the most out of their day. We understand that this looks different for each person, that is why our service is tailored and individualised.

Why did we call our business ‘Your Day Support Services’? It is very simple - we understand that your plan is there so that you have control over Your Day. It is not about what we want to do, it is about You.

You are an individual, so are our team of Support Workers. We take the time to match you with the right person. Square pegs and round holes are never a match.

Our goal is to ensure that each time you catch up with a member of the Your Day Support Services team that you get the most out of Your Day whether this is a cuppa and a chat, a day at the beach or some helping hands around the house.

We hope the next time you see a sunflower you might think of us…

Meet the Team

  • Michelle Dale

    Michelle Dale

    SUPPORT PROVIDER & DIRECTOR

    Hi, I'm Michelle

Carol and I started this business because we have a strong desire to help people live their best lives. We hope to move closer to an all-inclusive society that embraces individuality and diversity.

I consider myself to be a fun, confident and chatty person who is always on the lookout for something interesting to do. I am resourceful and client centred so if you tell me what you like, or what you're interested in, I'll find a way to get you involved.

I enjoy conversation as much as I enjoy listening so you will find me to be a good confidant, and a good source of advice and inspiration. I live by the rule; talk to me about how you've feeling and I will help you to find acceptance or a solution.

I am predominantly office based so I love connecting to our clients and everyone in their support team to make sure each one of our clients is having an amazing experience while in our care. Our team of support workers will always strive to help you achieve your goals.

My message to everyone; “Live your best life with pride, honesty and positivity!”

    Hello, I’m Carol.

Supporting NDIS participants is an honour and gives me incredible job satisfaction.

What a privilege to go home each day knowing that you have made someone's day a little brighter.

In my free time you will find me in the kitchen, most likely in my slippers, cooking up something that is probably not a healthy choice!

A natural home body, I like to potter at home. When I do venture out, I enjoy driving holidays and am happy to sit and watch the scenery go by.
